About Your Coach
Carolon is an author, speaker, entrepreneur, event/conference host, and minister of God who inspires her global audience by delivering a dynamite and raw message rooted in truth, wisdom, compassion, and transparency.
Carolon has self-published two books and is currently working on a third book and workbook for her group coaching sessions. Carolon is a bold and fierce servant leader in her home, church, and community. She professionally coaches women ages 21+ of all backgrounds, educational statuses, and career paths to cultivate a godly life.
She is a spiritual counselor for a nonprofit organization that helps families that have endured neonatal loss to direct them back to God in their grieving journey.
Carolon Taylor was born and raised in Illinois. Carolon experienced hardships throughout her childhood and adolescence until God found her in the darkness. At 16, Carolon accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior. However, she became fully committed to God when she married her husband at 21 years old. Carolon disclosed that being married revealed the nature of God and her relationship with Him.
At 22, Mrs. Taylor rededicated her life to Christ and began to evangelize shortly after. She submitted herself under her pastor’s leadership, which resulted in her becoming an Elder at her church home in 2019. Carolon facilitates bible studies, growth groups, and prayer calls to stimulate God’s children. Mrs. Taylor cultivated leadership qualities at a young age that helped her to catapult into her ministry.
Since she was 12 years old, she has mentored her peers, adults, members of her community, and individuals God has brought to her. Mrs. Taylor received her AAS in the profession of therapy in 2018 and a BS in Healthcare Administration in 2022. Carolon believes that she can better help her clients as she sharpens her skills and educates herself on new things. She’s always looking for creative avenues to engage her clients to initiate 100% cooperation. She has coached individuals and couples on purpose, marriage, relationships, dating, breaking through defeating thoughts, and more. With the grace of God, she has helped many people in different areas of their life. However, she is most passionate about the spiritual growth and transformation of God’s children so that they advance in the Kingdom for the glory of God. She loves to help women tap into their spiritual power, and she hopes to train coaches to do the same thing one day. God has called Carolon to coach women struggling with their spiritual development. God ordered her steps and walked her through the process to birth “Carolon’s Coaching” for Kingdom business.
Mrs. Taylor’s hope is to leave this earth empty knowing that she fully utilized all that God has equipped her to do. As of now, she will continue to impart the revelation of God and leave a portion of her legacy through every woman she intimately encounters.
